Habits: But Is There A Layer Below Habit?
We all know about habits. Even if we don't think about it much or even think about what habits we have.
For example brushing your teeth is a habit, hopefully. Eating dinner is a habit probably.
But there is a layer of human life below "habit" and interestingly enough it's just a
Simple. Single. Decision.
I will do [this] from now on
If you don’t make that decision, in your heart and soul instead of just in your thoughts and hopes. Then you won’t be likely to succeed.
Because building a habit for something you haven’t really decided to do for the rest of your life, is going to be much harder than if you make the decision.
